Aneta Kolodziej
Founding Partner

Aneta is a seasoned strategy and corporate finance / M&A leader with over 15 years of experience in Switzerland, exclusively focused on and passionate about the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. Before co-founding Asterale, Aneta was at McKinsey & Company in Zurich, where she advised investors and boards on strategy and acquisitions in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.
Olivier Deman
Founding Partner
Zurich, Switzerland
Olivier has over 12 years across investment banking, entrepreneurship, and private capital. He began in leveraged finance at Credit Suisse, financing European SME buyouts — the same discipline behind Asterale’s acquisition and recapitalisation strategy — then led digital transformation as Chief Innovation Officer of a EUR 300m turnover company and co-founded a wind-farm-inspection robotics startup. Before Asterale, he was Principal at Kineo Finance (Basel), leading medtech and deep-tech investments including Microsure and Constellr.
