Aneta Kolodziej
Founding Partner

Aneta is a seasoned strategy and corporate finance / M&A leader with over 12 years of experience in Switzerland, exclusively focused on and passionate about the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. Her experience spans CROs, eClinical technologies, Real World Evidence, and the broader clinical development ecosystem. Before co-founding Asterale, Aneta was at McKinsey & Company in Zurich, where she advised investors and boards on strategy and acquisitions across the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.
Olivier Deman
Founding Partner
Zurich, Switzerland
Olivier has over 12 years across investment banking, entrepreneurship, and private capital in Europe. He started in middle market leveraged finance at Credit Suisse, closing 7 transactions worth c. CHF 500m, the same financing discipline behind Asterale’s acquisition and recapitalisation strategy, then led the digital transformation of a EUR 300m turnover last-mile delivery company as Chief Innovation Officer, before co-founding a robotics startup for offshore wind farm inspection. Prior to Asterale, he was Principal at Kineo Finance, where he invested c. EUR 40m of debt and equity across five medtech and deep-tech startups.
